In the block of power keys are applied high-quality triacs of company ST Microelectronics. Oriented on industrial application, they have high square heat exchange with a radiator and the raised reloading ability. As, thanking for it`s terminal outputs, become possible more reliable connection high-current chains. Here we have applied bladed plugs of Japanese firm JST. Triacs together with the temperature gauge are mounted in the radiator module which unique design allows to take away heat effectively as much as possible.The high-efficiency fan on rolling-contact bearings provide the compulsory ventilation. Such design of our devices allows to be not overheating and to work unlimited time under the maximum loading.
2. Output Filters — the block of throttles
We have developed a block of output filters to reduce noise, which inevitably arise during the phase power regulation. 3. Control card

4. Power supply module
Switching power supply is built by the flyback scheme with using newest specialized microcircuit of Power Integration company. The design of the block allows to ensure a stable power supply control board and the fans even when the two phases of power outage and when the voltage fluctuations from 180 to 265 volts. 5. Design
We use for the protection of the electric circuit the switches of LEGRAND company, well known for their reliability and durability. Introductory and excretory terminals are also produced by LEGRAND. They provide a good contact with the wires and are easy for installation. To improve reliability, all installation of the power part is carried out by wires with degree of safety that excludes them overheating and destruction. The dissipation of blocks inside the device provides good heat removal from the device.
Separately, about the box of the device. He`s designed and manufactured according to requirements of mechanical strength, which minimizes the deformation of the product during the transportation, what is important for mobile sets.
